    [Question] Pastel Partner - Cannot de-list inventory item from store

    I am trying to deslect all inventory items from various stores and only leave them linked to one store.
    I have used 'Edit, Inventory, Item File Chosen the item and selected 'Slect Stores and used the 'Deselect All' option.
    The error message 'This store cannot be deselected as it is in use' appears.

    How do I resolve this as we are no longer using multiple stores for inventory?

    If you have used Multi-stores in the past, the item will be in history as allocated to that store. There are ways around that (deleting history and merging stores) that a consultant can assist you with. It will require working in the database directly.

    You best bet would be go into setup users and remove their access to the other stores, to stop them accessing them.
