[Question] looking for Office 2007 installation Media Kit

    Hi everyone.

I need to get hold of a Office 2007 Installation Media Kit. Our CD's are gone, probably cause we haven't needed to use them for a long time and none of our suppliers have it in stock anymore.

A client urgently needs to have his laptop re-installed, which didn't have Office 2007 pre-installed and don't want to pay for R4K Office 2010

Does anyone know where I can still get the Installation Media Kit? This client has 15 PC's, so we'll need to get this somewhere.

And, no, I don't want torrent links or other illegal downloads thanx

Try Open office if you do not want to pay for Office 2007 and still want to be legal. If you decide to pay, why not go for Office 2011. It is more user friendly than its predecessors and has a few neat extras.

it's not for me, but for a client who has 15 PC's all with Office 2007 already installed. 1 PC's HDD crashed and we need to reinstall. OO isn't an option for them due to their Access program and Outlook usage - which OO can't offer

You say he has 15 PCs'. I take it he has a multiple liscence. In that case you can just google the download then install it with his liscence. Nothing illegal about that.
Can you access the hard drive with another PC? You will want the activation to save yourself a headache later.

yes he has 15 licenses but no installation media since they came pre-installed.

I already googled it but only found a bucket load of warez sites and I don't want cracked or illegal installations, which is why I'm hoping someone know where I can still get an original kit

            Hi Rudi,

Give Bowline a call. They actually manufacture the Microsoft Media kits. Last I heard it was R60 a disc if I'm not mistaken. All you need to do is supply them with a valid CD-Key to prove the software is genuine. In your case the volume licence keys.

They specialize in backup discs so to speak. Here's the URL.

You can download the media kit here if you have a valid Product Key - http://trial.trymicrosoftoffice.com/...c/default.aspx

Otherwise this page provides links to the direct downloads from Digital River - http://www.mydigitallife.info/direct...-applications/
