Does anybody know if the DOL is open for the 3 year registration applications? I get no response from e mail and their calls dont get answered. I'm a little uneasy about sending by registered post. The last time I did it took an extra 2 months to get my registration approval. I much prefer to go into their offices but I'm not sure if they are even open now.
