    Z-loop test 0.0v?

    Good day
    Inspected an off-grid house today. What confuse me is the 0.0v @ 16 Amp load reading I got at 20 Amp the reading was 228 volts. Can the inverter mess with my loop readings or is the source of the funny reading something else
