Hello 
So my first pre paid meter issues haha.
So now I think it finally locked out.
Does any one know why the below LED flashing means on the below meter image.
The LED flashes green 3 times then fellow 4 times.
I then found the keypad for this meter in the main house but the screen was blank other than the image of a battery and full, not sure what that means.
If I need to call Eskom / city power can they fix it remotely or do they need to send a techie?
