    People will tell you that your supplier is a very important part of operating a successful business.

    I had a problem with CBI energy the other day, contacted them, the tech support was as good as I could expect. the call ended, a couple minutes later I received a whatsapp with the direct number for the person who I had spoken to

    Companies like IDS, what a pleasure dealing with their tech support, sometime the questions are little more technical than the first person can handle, I get moved to a person like Mfudo, within a couple minutes, problem resolved, or I just email my query and they respond with an answer.

    Zest WEG group, I buy a fair amount of drives from them, if I have a technical question, a quick call, fit my airpod stand in front of the machine and we get the drive issue sorted in a couple minutes.

    I could go on and on listing all the companies with great tech support.

    Then we have Sunsynk, well someone said if I dont have anything good to say, I should rather keep quiet.....................let me rather just keep quiet
