    Online Shopping

    Hi

    Bit of an oddball question.

An item is displayed in an online shop for a certain amount erroneously and the tc's & c's which are accepted when placing the order reflects there might be erroneously displayed pricing. Is the online retailer obligated to sell the good at the displayed price if an invoice has been sent before contact has been made by the supplier to rectify the incorrect price. I could not see this situation in the Consumer Protection Act and was hoping someone here could shed some light.

    Thanks in advance.

I regret you're stuck with charging the advertised rate, despite the disclaimer about possible pricing errors. Otherwise the advertising is misleading...
