      What do you need to know? For the most part the form seems self-explanatory.

          Do I include terminations or do I only report on active employees at the end of the reporting period.

                  Hi,

                  We have received contradicting answers. According to the latest answer from the Department of Labour, terminations should be included in the EEA4. This is also stated in the latest regulations. This is also in line with the online submission system. The workforce profile EEA2 plus the employees in the EEA2 termination report will be equal to the number of employees in the EEA4.
