Do forestry operations require a registered PCO in order to undertake their own pesticide spraying?

If the work is by an employee of the company and being done on the property of that same company, current interpretation of Act 36 of 1947 has it that this does not require that the employee is registered as a Pest Control Operator.

If the person doing the work is not an employee of that same company, different story.
