[Question] Maximum training bond for employees - Rands-to-months worked back

Hi,

Is there labour law legislation that stipulates the max bond that companies can require employees to sign for courses/training companies pay for, ie R20000 course means you must work back 21 months?

Any help appreciated (and associated documentation / labour law online articles/references)
