Supporting docs for crypto currency transactions

My client made a capital loss with crypto currency transactions.

SARS is now asking for supporting documents. What can i submit as supporting documents other that bank statements proving money was paid and what was received back after everything was sold?

If that is your only documents to proof the loss, then that is all that you would be able to supply
