New SARS efiling cant submit Prov Tax returns older than 2019????

Good Day guys

So i need to submit old Prov tax returns for a client

But with the new system the dropdown only give upto 2019

anybody els experianced this problem?

What was the solution ?

I see IT12 Tax returns dropdown is fine its only the Prov tax that has a issue

Hi Rourke, it is simply because there would be no point in submitting the returns so late, the IT12 will reflect nil for provisional taxes paid.

yes thats understandable

but now the tax clearance status shows them outstanding

How must i get around this issue ?

Submit IT12s and the provisional returns will reflect as submitted?

I dont think it will work

That should clear that issue, at least that's what the Act says.

This has solved my issue
