    EasyFile login problems

    Hi I am having problems with logging into easyfile.. It worked fine earlier this morning but suddenly I am getting this message and cant log in:
    "e@syFile has detected that your login information does not match that of the local information and as such you will not be allowed to access e@syFile"
    Can anyone help please?
