Human Resource Solutions is expanding and we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our boutique recruitment agency.
We are based near Century City in Montague Gardens and need an energetic and dynamic person to join our team. We recruit nationally.
We have loyal and established clients who repeatedly call us to find their staff because of the exceptional service we provide. Our aim is to build a strong company based on unbeatable service - we are looking for consultants with fresh, new and exciting ideas on Recruitment.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas:
Full Recruitment Cycle experience
Experience in finding new business
Sales and negotiation skills
Experience in dealing with clients and candidates
Must have Permanent Placement experience
The position requires the consultant to work independently with focus on building their desk and client base. We are looking for a mature individual who knows the power of a Commission driven position.
Minimum Requirements for the role include:
Must have a Matric
Own vehicle and a valid drives licence
Full Recruitment experience
Excellent communication skills
Fully computer literate
Ability to handle pressure
Able to work independently
