My router is giving out wireless signal, but it does not give internet access. I've tried restoring to factory settings, but that won't work either. Is there any way to fix this?

One way to diagnose this type of the issue is to connect to your router by putting its IP into your browser.
Most routers have some interface that will let you look at all the settingss where you could spot any issues.
Ost routers will have this information on the back or bottom.
The IP will look something like 127.123.4.5 once you enter that it should prompt you for a username and password which will also be found on themachine or an insert.
If you manage to Log on depending on the make of the router you will find a interface much like the network setting of a cellphone, some have diagnostic tools.
If you have a popular router I would do a google search and see if anything comes up.
