Good day all

This will be my 1st official post since 2017.

I'm currently working in the food manufacturing industry for 21years as an electrician.
Recently I've started to compile some reports pertaining to outsourced work being done onsite from a newly established electrical Company in Cape Town.
Most of their work has had me questioning the regulations and safety regarding missing Earth conductors and lack of labeling identification on Distribution Boards they have installed.
I've brought this matter many of times to the appropriate Seniors I report to.
As of June 20th the contractors were not allowed on site due to inadequate paperwork from the department of Labour.

Is there any guidance regarding this matter I'm not sure why they were introduced to work on site in the first place.
