    Talking Rates

    Will our rates drop in line with the slump in the housing market ?? Could be an interesting situation. I wonder who would deteremine the rate of decrease ? I'm sure the municipalities are all expecting more rates next year nor less ?

    Even if they did bring the valuations down, they would just up the % rate.

    I think they only revalue every 5 years or so.
