Pastel Version 11 - Won't print boxes/lines on invoices

I used to print my invoices and statements onto preprinted stationery. Some of my company details have changed so I have tried to change back to printing on plain paper and have Pastel print the lines and my new company details. Using the paper style assistant I changed the paper to the first option which is Plain. It's still not printing the lines? What am i missing or not doing?

What is the last 2 letters of the csdoc??.enz and cmth??.enz files?
And if you are using the original files, the last 2 letters of csdoc??.eng and cmth??.eng
