Pastel: How to add inventory items

Hi everyone out there, hope I find you well.

Kindly assist me those who have the know-how. I cannot add any inventory items on my suppliers invoice as it only gives me an option for GL and Remarks. My system does not give me an option for Open Item.

Please help
