With a batch of Pay raises our total remuneration for company now exceeds R500 000 for the year - do we only need to pay the SDL from that date, even though its calculated on the R500 000 for the complete financial year?

are you already registered for SDL?

If not - i would suggest register an pay from the date on which you are liable to pay SDL.
