The purpose of this thread is to provide a platform for documents typically used in companies.
It is beyond the scope of this thread to address aspects of the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
The brainchild is for directors to post their documents here, thereby making the law more accessible to the South African public.
I’ll start by including the following documents as word attachments:
1. Notice of general meeting,
2. Notice of separate class meeting,
3. Securities transfer form,
4. Indemnity to company on issue of new securities certificate
5. Certificate for secured debenture
