Cool woodwork by mentally handicapped kids

I met a guy yesterday that teaches woodwork to mentally handicapped kids at a special school. He showed me good stuff. He had these cool boxes with slide or swivel out lids.
They actually sell these boxes and other stuff. I would like to help them by partnering them with a retail website and or any shop who can sell the stuff on their behalf.
He is coming to see me tomorrow with a sample of most of the stuff they make. I will take pics and post them with the schools information. If you wish to have the man’s cell number please PM me.

Any advice would also be appreciated
    Thanks guys

(These pics are from his phone, hope they appear on the post, he could not bring stuff down today)

I will be going to the school next week to take some photos of the school and the kids assembled in front of their handy work. Including pics of Individual pieces.

According to Mr Ngobane, they will be willing to place items on consignment. If you are interested please phone them, the most helpful person regarding questions would probably be Mr. Ngobane himself.

For a moment there I thought pmbguy was referring to Julias Malema's new political party.

He did say that they are mentally handicapped kids doing woodwork!

Sorry about the pics. I can see them, I suspect because I have them saved on my laptop from his phone. I will post my pics next week. Really cool stuff!

They make everything under the sun, this is just what they had in the work shop at the time.

Sorry for keeping you all waiting. I also see some photos did not come through. I will be going back to the school soon and will be giving updates.

Ps. their stuff is really amazing!

I think you hit the "6 attachments per post" limit, but a better result than in post 2 above.

                      Check these kids!

I found this cause unexpectedly and I hope I am articulating this appropriately on this forum. Anyway, I love what they are doing, the school has received good sponsorship recently and is run well. The woodwork class is only one aspect of what the school offers. I was struck at how little “handicap” I saw in on my visit. The staff is very motivated, they love what they do. I want to promote their cause, I feel it is a good one.

                      Thanks
