Is it compulsory for a Clearing & forwarding company to be registered with any Bargaining Councils & If so which bargaining council would it be?

As at July 2018, this is the list of registered bargaining councils and no, there is not one for that industry that I can see.

The closest in scope would seem to be the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI), although they talk about freight clearing and forwarding as an ancillary or incidental function to storage and motor transport...
