So, after being involved in sme for a number of years I see an opportunity to group a number of "one man bands" (all very successful) into a comprehensive offering and take the bunch to listing. Any body out there with experiece in this field. will appreciate it if you could state your speciality pls.
p.s ICT environment with IT, VoIP, ISP, Telecoms and generally great combinations of these involved. Turn over about R30m annually and lots of possibilities. Thinking of holding company with shares in each and paying with cash plus shares in holding company. Comments appreciated.
