With regards to marketing yourself online, I would post Ads to the classifieds in Cape Town (Eg: Olx, Gumtree, Junkmail) and make the Title as "Looking To Sell Your Home in Cape Town?". This way, you should receive classified traffic with regards to selling, and possibly organic traffic from Google if your listing receives lots of views...You could utilize their paid advertising option if the free option does not render results....Hope that helps, and good luck!
