If e-mail becomes a pointless exercise for a customer and it is a pain for the business then why have it? This question bugs me because clearly there is no benefit here other than keeping spammer and anti-spammers in business. If the medium is so corrupt why not dismiss it outright?
Sadly Telkom has some serious troubles ahead with their “SMS to Voice” facility. The phone simply keeps ringing and there is no message just a number. If you phone the number you get a promoter and or a number that will bill you per minute! I did complain but in the end I just pulled my phone out of the wall and that is the end of that.
Now basically spammers/scammers are hitting you or your business on your land line! One would think that Telkom will protect their customers... Well I am still waiting for their call...
