Where to get iPhone 5 Glass facia

While crossing a road today, my iPhone 5 dropped out my belt carrier, and hit the road surface, and cracked the front facia glass badly. Interestingly the phone still works, and all functions are available via the cracked facia and all images are still visible albeit through a cracked glass.

Does anyone know where I can go in Johannesburg and get the facia replaced while I wait?
With the new miniature SIM card, I can not simply take it out and place it in my old iPhone 3S, and to get a SIM swap, being a business account requires a formal letter and a good few hours before it is swapped.
