[Question] Windows 8.1 Data Usage Monitor by Individual Application\Software

Hello,

Does anyone know of software that can monitor data usage on Windows 8.1 by each individual application\software being used?

Sort of like the statistics you would get on an android phone showing each application and how much data it consumes.

You can try Fiddler, I think it'sstill free. It monitors internet traffic of individual applications that are running but it's of limited use for monitoring background processes though so whether it will work for you depends on what exactly you're trying to do.
