How to edit Excel Pivot Table Layout

I have created a pivot table for a client - see attached screenshot sample.

The client wants me to change the layout of the pivot table, and I am not sure how to do it.

For example, row 14 and 15 are extracts from the same document number P4530, but the table reflects the date and supplier name only on the first row, i.e. row 14. My client wants the date and supplier name to repeat on row 15. Another example in the screenshot are rows 16 and 17.

Any ideas as to how to achieve this?

Hi Neville... If you right click in blank cell and select "field settings" and the under "layout & print" and then tick the "repeat item labels".... works in a table I use so give it a bash!
