    [Question] Pastel Xpress version 12.1.6

Please could someone assist me, I am trying to open a second company but it keeps coming up with a message that I have reached the amount of companies that can be created. I have one active company and then a second one that is named health shop - Demo. I have tried to delete demo but it won't...it comes up with an error stating I should delete it manually???

As far as I am aware the box stated two companies can be registered is this correct?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Tarryn,

You have purchased the Xpress Startup package, which is single-user, single-company, which means you can only create one set of accounts.

If you need to create more than one set of accounts, you need to upgrade to Xpress single-user, multi-company.

Let me know if you would like me to send you an upgrade quote.

        Hi Tarryn,

Please send me an email with your base serial number, which you can look up by going to Help...About.

I will then email you an upgrade quote.
