So with all that out of the way why did I stop using it ? It just wasnt a good fit for me. I spent a good amount of time working with the software to set things up and then make it happen. I viewed this as a waste just for me personally I couldnt handle having to delve so far into simple tasks that could have taken me 2 mins to list on a calendar in excel. I get that they do alot more than task scheduling, overall for me I would need a custom solution thats a bit more automated and faster, able to create template for any process that is to be repeated so what im saying is my workflow slowed during its use. I never even got around to using 50% of its functionality because it they werent something we hadnt already had a better process in doing. I think if you start out on this and stick to it ....great a caution coming though. If you already have processes and procedures established for your business and you want to jump into it, there alot of adaptation to be done.

I never got to this point but I hear that their customer service is incredibly bad another issue was bugs ( How I found our customer service was bad. ) For that price you could honestly go somewhare else and get a better product. I have one in mind but dont want sound like im endorsing something. Zoho is a really good idea its just unfinished untested and not well supported.

Salesforce Essentials, bear in mind I run a small business, hubspot is something id really like to give a go because of its integrations with existing tools but the pricing was too much for me.

I think when we are looking for crms the one thing I was was trying to do is streamline the process and the probelm with many online softwares is that they are all in ones all the bells and whistles you dont need slowing you down. This is why guys like Fusion a uk company makes a ton of money developing custom crm solutions for businesses the price-tag for that THOUGH never lol.

Not out the box no. They have long and lat fields using code or 3rd party tools / apps to get that working as addresses... Although if thats an important need to you i wouldn't recommend it.
