If I subscribed to a VOIP service on my fibre connection, is it possible to divert all incoming calls to my Vodacom number to the VOIP number?

You can use *#61# SEND to check your current settings.
082131 rest of your number or
072131 rest of your number or
079131 rest of your number
depending on what your number starts with IIRC
