    Installing .NET 3.5 Framework on Windows 11

    I am having problems getting .NET 3.5 Framework installed on Windows 11.

    I get the error 0x800F0950 after trying to install it.

    Can anyone give me some guidance on how to resolve the problem?

    I've tried following the steps outlined on https://www.thewindowsclub.com/net-framework-3-5-installation-error-0x800f0950 without success.
