Pastel Partner to Excel Auto mapping

We need to export our sales orders or invoices AUTOMATICALLY into the attached Excel file layout, which will then be FTP’d to another premises and imported into a system called Ancosys.

We will not be able to format each invoice manually as this will take way too long considering our volumes, thus causing delays in deliveries and potential errors.

Please advise asap how to go about doing this.

Not sure if I am understanding correctly. you have a system using Pastel, you want to export data, and then re-import that data into a system called Ancosys. Is that correct or is it the other way round. If it is the first way, is the excell file the structure that is need for Ancosys. does the system say if the file needs to be tab, 'Comma' delimted, or just and ASCII file.
