Not using Vodacom's email I can't tell you exactly. The most general method would be to have an ICal file exported from Vodacom (if they don't provide a direct way, then you may have to contact them), then most email / time management clients could at least open such file (some can actually directly use such) - though Outlook may have an issue with it as M$ is rarely good with standards. I know, I've moved to Thunderbird for this reason amongst many, even my gmail contacts & calendar syncs a lot easier in TB than in Outlook.
Does the cal sync to your phone? (One would expect this since it's Vodacom right?) If so there may be a way of syncing from your phone to Outlook.
