I wonder if anyone had a chance to use Vox Telecom products. If you have what do you like or dislike about them? Would you recommend to someone else to use?

In my line of work I have had clients who had very bad reviews with regards to this product.
Sales people would lie to the client, forcing them to sign 36 month contracts as the client was informed, "If you don't buy our product, your Telkom line won't work".
After sales service is a joke. I had a client who couldn't even get hold of anyone to help him with this product.
This is just the service & problems I have experienced. Maybe someone else out there has had better service with this product. -

But on their website they claim their contracts are on a month to month basis and clients can stop it any time they choose toEver think about not thinking?Comment

That's standard with the new CPA. My client signed the contract before the new CPA was introduced.
All I know is that I had such a hard time getting someone to actually help us who worked for VOX.
Client vowed never to use them again.Comment
