Why Cell C is hopeless right now.

I post this just to help Cell C identify why their high speed internet connection service they provide to me is currently near unusuable:

Can anyone advise as to which is the best service provider for fast reliable wireless internet? Does this depend on your geographic location? Which is the best modem?

We have Cell c as our backup data connection. Today we had no power so I went online with my laptop and the cell c dongle. By moving 3 metres I went from edge to HSPA. Then I could check emails. So with me it is position / position.
