You're opening post is kinda scary because it sounds like you're already working with medum/high voltage installations but have just decided you should do a course for safety.

First question is what electrical qualifications do you have already and what relevant experience do you have?

Curently i am implode as a electrical technician

Mostly we only do HT switching. I have changed oil on the brakers, opened a transformer and fixed the tap changer

            Hi,
Rule no 1 DO NOT take chances with 11Kv!
Ensure that you know your switchgear very well and maintained. Do remote switching or buy a flash suit. I keep my switchgear cleaner as my vehicle and suit up every time I switch, even while knowing that my switches would be safe. Your life is worth more than all your switchgear and safety equipment.
There are companies presenting training in HV/MV Systems applications e.g. Eqtech in Bellville. Tel +27 21 910 1704 and e-mail joy@eqtech.co.za. Check their website www.eqtech.co.za.
            Stay safe!
