    Diversification Factor

I would like to know from people who have experience in circuit design and loading what diversification factor they use to determine amount of circuits for a given load ie 50 socket outlets in an installation - how many circuits to design in the board and therefore what the expected loading would be. Obviously the result of this has effects on the pricing as well as cable sizes etc.

How long is a piece of string?

Look in the SANS book it has the calculations.

You're better working it out manually. You need the details of the load(s)and lots of info about the usage, allowance for future expansion and a large dollop of common sense.

Applying standard diversity formulas works better the further back up the distribution network you go.
