    Indoor LED Wall Washer

I've been requested to come up with a solution for something I know little about. The client requires an indoor 'wall washer' fitting approx 1.2 meters in length which will evenly illuminate a 2 meter height of textured wall so the light output needs to be highly assymetrical. The fitting needs to be ceiling mounted close to the wall so it highlights the texture as much as possible by making the high peaks of the texture bright and leaving the troughs or valleys in the texture as dark areas. The texture is aproximately 6-8mm in depth.

It's for use in evenings when the ambirent lighting is fairly dim so I don't think it needs to be an extrordinarily high light output but it would be handy if the thing could be dimmed by the staff to the desired level. The light source must not be visible to people in the vicinity ie it must not shine any direction other than into the wall.

If anyone has any comments, suggestions or advice it would be much appreciated.
