The Earthing Terminal for Other Services.
I cannot find any other threads on this subject.
The installation of this earthing Terminal has been a requirement for some time now in new installations.
I have never seen one.
I have just read an article that specifically states that it is a requirement for an earthing Terminal to be fitted into existing installations, Sparks Magazine - April 2015 - Page 18. "The earthing terminal for other services - a piece in the jigsaw.

My question is "What does this item look like and where does one put it in a domestic installation?
I cant imagine an Earth Terminal bolted onto the DB Facia plate and having 5 copper wires dangling from it would compliment the decor of the lounge in a mid-floor townhouse unit.
Who has installed one of these and how do you go about it.
I believe it has to be bonded to the consumers earth terminal via a 6mm copper wire?
