Unit Standards training

Hi Members

I had just completed and was submitting my 3 Portfolio of Evidence and when I got at the training centre where I had attended the unit standards training in Olifantsfotein our assessor/trainer told me that the rules has been changed and that he cant help us anymore and that I must find someone else. My question is who is responsible for changing all these laws and WHY?confused:

I'm a little more cynical - I suggest it's the consultants that have been doing so well feeding off the SETAs. The moment the system starts working and the need for them starts dropping off, they reshuffle the pack.
