need help cannot find it in sans 10142-1

1 Would like to know how many twin and earth wires can be connected to a 15A c/breaker
if the c/breaker does not get overloaded is there a max that can be connected on a singel c/breaker.(i thought was max of 3)

    2. If a house is wired with win and earth an it loops in the light switches will/must there be a spliter boxes in the roof space? (could not see the use of it unless u want to change the posssion of say a light switch>)

3 How many plugs can e connected to a 2.5mm twin and earth 20a c/breaker.(always thought there was no limed as long it does not trip)

To answer Q1 - there is a general circuit arrangement limit as follows:

6.1.5 A maximum of three conductors may be connected to any one terminal provided that the terminal has the correct rating.
Just also to point out a related issue to watch out for - when it comes to distribution boards:

6.6.1.11 If a conductor of cross-sectional area exceeding 4 mm2 is used, it shall be so installed to allow any one neutral to be disconnected without disturbing the connection of any other neutral conductor.
Effectively this means there shall be only one conductor per termination point in the distribution board for neutral conductors in excess of 4 mm2.
    Participation is voluntary.
