    [Question] CoC quick question

    Good day all
I have a question regarding CoC.
A customer is selling his small holding and the lawyers want a CoC but problem is the is no electrical installation(house, pumps) on the property except for a small weather proof box where the supply cable comes into with no mcb and the cable ends is taped up and munic supply is off. The only tests i can do is IRT and earth resistance. So my question is on all the other test should i just indicate no supply voltage and state it in the comments section or what would the best route be?
    Thanx

I think the lack of supply voltage will be the least of your worries if there's no electrical installation, it sounds like all that's there is the Eskom infrastructure they install at plots ready for when the customer applies for a supply. I'm not sure how you can do a meaningful Coc TBH, I'd probably just inform the lawyers that there is no electrical installation to test and send them a few photos.

The Eskom supply box is already there and the main cable is just made safe in the weather proof db box. The lawyers said because there is a cable the want a coc.

Fill in the supply readings available and in the comments section indicate that there is no installation. Draw lines through section 3 and indicate N/A where applicable.
