[Question] Hob an Built in Oven Isolator Switch

My existing home has the isolator switch accessible in the cupboard above the stove and was like this when I moved in 17 years ago. I'm in the process of moving to an older retirement cottage which is being refurbished and where we are also having a built in oven plus a 2 plate hob built into the counter top. The position where it's currently located is right on the cupboard edge and must be moved. This will involve some wall chasing and a new 4x4 box and I need to know where is the safest place to relocate it too.
Any comments and advice will be much appreciated. PS. It will be done by an electrician but I just want to double check.

Sorry but the kitchen is just bare walls at the moment, however, i met with our contractor this morning and decided to locate on the backsplash area to the left of and clear of the Hob. I'll post when completed.
