Dedicated plug circuits, what is allowed to be supplied by a non earth leakage protected socket?

Hi Guys
Can't seem to find it in the sans book.
Doing a certificate of compliance inspection on a very large home and have found 3 dedicated plug circuits without earth leakage protection.
Does anyone know if there is a page /pages in the sans book which covers what can be regarded as a sort of critical application which would allow a socket to be non earth leakage protected?
So far I know the security camera system is powered by one of these circuits, and the router but still need to find what the others are supplying.
Huge house , inspection and tests have taken about 5 hours so far.

Wouldn't 6.7.5.5 cover this?

6.7.5.5 The following do not need earth leakage protection:
a) socket-outlets connected to a safety supply;
b) a non-standard socket-outlet that is intended only for the connection of an appliance for critical application (such as emergency lighting, a deep-freeze, a burglar alarm or data processing equipment) and that cannot accept a plug that complies with the dimensions of SANS 164-1
(SABS 164-1) or SANS 164-2 (SABS 164-2);

A warning label should be fitted for every socket outlet circuit where tripping current IΔn > 30mA.

What if the red sockets are also running via a UPS? 7.12.2.6 states all socket outlets running on standby power must have earth leakage protection except where otherwise mentioned. 6.7.5.5 mentioned that it doesn't need earth leakage protection but it doesn't refer to sockets that's on standby power in that point or am I understanding it wrong ?

Thye way I understand it is that the exceptions allowed to sockets mentioned in 6.7.5.5b would still be allowable if a UPS is installed. I'm not 100% certain though so I'll go back and check the regs when I have time. It might also depend on how and where the UPS is installed....
