[Question] Registration error???

Please help. Registered as electrical contractor Sept 2016. Get an email tonight at 19:05 from Dept of Labour stating registration error. Email says that my registration as electrical contractor is not verifiable from their database. Please could someone help me as I cannot see what the error could be. Received my registration number and all in Sept 2016 already.

The email was from a labour.gov.za email address?

Have you got your contractor registration certificate?

Morning. Went to Dept of Labour. Mistake on their part. Registration number duplicated. +- 70 numbers over kzn, mp and go was duplicated. Luckily sorted out now.
