[Question] MIE - Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Good day all,

I need to draft Key Performance Indicators for a Master Electrician.

The same document needs to measure the MIE's responsibilities (like keeping a register etc)

Is there anyone that has done a similar eaxcercise, or anyone that can list an MIE responsibilities

Things I think would apply:

Average response time to fix breaks

Average number of labor hours to complete a maintenance task

Equipment failure rate

Equipment unavailability, hours per year - Planned maintenance

Equipment unavailability, hours per year - Temporary fault

Equipment unavailability, hours per year - Unplanned maintenance

Maintenance backlog

Number of pending work orders

Probably also some certificate of compliance stuff.
