    [Question] Electrician (Construction) written on a Trade Certificate

    Morning guys, may I ask this here, what is the meaning of Electrician (Construction) written on a Trade Certificate, it's a section 26d Certificate

    “Artisan RPL, previously known as Section 28 and now called Section 26D, allows for experienced artisan assistants, skilled maintenance workers and acting artisans, who possess no formal proof of qualifications in the mechanical trade attempt a national trade test”.

      Thanks sir, you are right I did RPL, so can I upgrade it & how do I go about?
