[Question] Light Fixture

Good morning,

Please see the photos and tell if this was done correctly. The electrician will fit the temporary light fixture on that pipe. It'll be replaced when we fit a ceiling.

I want to know if is a right way. I normally see such pipes bended downwards with a box on the edge.

Please advice.
